Capital realizes cooperative deals
VGP – In the 2017-2018 period, Ha Noi inked 32 memorandums of understanding (MoU) with a total register capital of VND 217 trillion.

A series of cooperative agreements were sealed in the investment promotion conferences, showing initial effectiveness of the local investment promotion programs.
At the 2017 investment promotion conference, the local authorities presented 48 investment projects worth VND 74,369 billion and inked 15 MoUs with a total register capital of VND 139,682 billion.
In addition, the local authorities inked two MoUs at an investment promotion conference held by the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Japan under the witness of the two PMs. They included a cooperative deal to build a smart city worth over US$ 4 billion along Nhat Tan-Noi Bai axis route between Vietnamese BRG Group and Japan’s Sumitomo and projects of Japan’s NIDEC at Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.
In 2018, 73 projects worth VND 400,435 billion were licensed and 15 MoUs were inked with a total registered capital of US$ 3.4 billion.
Accordingly, the local authorities licensed 32 MoUs on investment promotion conference with total register capital of US$ 217 trillion./.
