Under a decision issued by the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the five task forces were established to implement Plan No. 111/KH-UBND of the Ha Noi People's Committee, which aims to accelerate cadastral mapping, land registration, preparation of cadastral records, and the development of the national land database.
Each task force is headed by a Deputy Director of the Ha Noi Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The five task forces have been assigned responsibility for all communes and wards across the city, with each team overseeing between 22 and 27 administrative units.
The task forces will work directly with local authorities to provide guidance, supervise implementation, and promptly resolve any difficulties or obstacles encountered during the implementation process.
