Ha Noi donates VND 55 billion to five Bualoi typhoon-ravaged localities
VGP - The Standing Committee of the Ha Noi Party Committee decided to send VND55 billion (US$2.2 million) to support victims of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa to overcome the consequences of Bualoi typhoon.

The donation is taken from the "Rescue" Fund of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Noi City to support victims to soon stabilize their lives.
Specifically, Ha Noi supports Nghe An province with VND15 billion; Ha Tinh province with VND15 billion, Quang Tri province with VND10 billion and Thanh Hoa province with VND5.
These provinces have experienced floods and thunderstorms due to the impact of storm No. 10 (Bualoi), causing landslides and flooding in many areas, causing serious damage to people and property.
On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Ha Noi, the City Party Committee - People's Council – Viet Nam Fatherland Front of Ha Noi, Politburo Member and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai sent a letter of condolences and deep sympathy to all cadres, soldiers and people of the five localities.
She was convinced that with the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and will to rise up strongly, the cadres, soldiers and people of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Ninh Binh, and Thanh Hoa provinces will overcome difficulties, quickly overcome the consequences, and soon stabilize the lives of the people.
The Ha Noi People's Committee instructed departments and local administrations to mobilize all available forces to repair damage, restore essential services and stabilize daily life. Priority has been given to draining floodwaters, repairing dykes and power networks, and providing relief under the "four on-the-spot" principle.
