Ha Noi Secretary assigned to lead Party Committee of Viet Nam Fatherland Front
VGP - Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai has been assigned by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations for the 2020–2025 term.

The Politburo's decision was announced at a ceremony held in Ha Noi on November 4.
Bui, born in 1965 in Ninh Binh Province, became an alternate member of the Party Central Committee at the 10th National Party Congress (2006) and a full member at the 11th National Party Congress (2011).
She served as the Standing Deputy Head of the Viet Nam Farmers' Association, the Standing Deputy Head of the Central Commission for Inspection, and the Head of the Central Commission for Mass Mobilization.
She was elected to the Politburo at the 9th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee on May 16, 2024.
In July 2024, she was appointed Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term./.
