The event is scheduled to begin at 8 pm on November 24 in Tu Liem Ward under a plan signed by Chairman of the Ha Noi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang.

Running for up to 120 minutes, the program will integrate fireworks into artistic performances, culminating in a final display lasting no more than 15 minutes.

More than 38,000 free invitation tickets will be distributed, including 10,500 for residents of selected Hanoi wards and 7,000 available to the public through online platforms.

According to the municipal authorities, the event aims to underscore the role of culture in national development while honoring Viet Nam's rich cultural heritage, patriotism, national solidarity and identity.

The performances will take audiences on a journey through the evolution of Vietnamese culture, from its origins to the present day and future, blending traditional art forms with contemporary creativity and modern stage technology.

The event will also complement activities marking the Great National Unity Festival on November 18, forming part of a broader series of cultural events designed to promote national cultural values and strengthen community bonds.

Organizers expect the program to highlight Ha Noi's cultural heritage and reinforce the capital's position as a hub of creativity and cultural exchange.

The program will be broadcast live on Viet Nam Television (VTV). Ha Noi's press, radio and television agency will also provide live coverage through its broadcasting channels and digital platforms.

Large LED screens will be installed at selected locations across the city, enabling residents who cannot attend the main venue to follow the performances.

Preparations and preliminary rehearsals are scheduled from November 9 to 21, with a final rehearsal and operational review set for 4 pm on November 22./.
