The AI system facilitates the receiving, processing, and management of information across various application platforms, enabling data compilation upon request. The application of AI not only enhances management efficiency but also significantly improves customer service quality, providing a better experience for passengers.
Looking ahead, Transerco will continue to implement comprehensive and effective measures with the goal of making buses a civilized, convenient, and safe mode of public transportation.
In line with the eco-friendly transition and digitalization efforts, Transerco is working closely with local agencies to develop technical and economic standards for two types of electric buses. The company is also following the city's directives and guidance from relevant departments to explore financial support mechanisms for transitioning to electric and eco-friendly energy vehicles.
Transerco has completed management procedures for its electric bus routes based on actual operations and is actively coordinating with local agencies to implement an electronic bus pass system across all routes.
In Q1, over 54 million passenger trips were served, accounting for 56 percent of the total public transport volume. An estimated 5 million tickets were issued.
Adjustments were made to three routes, while the traffic flow on 13 routes was optimized. Transerco also proposed the reorganization of two underperforming branch routes.
The customer service center received over 32,695 calls and messages via various channels, including the hotline (19001296), Zalo OA, and official fan pages. There was a significant increase in positive feedback compared to 2024. A TikTok channel was launched to promote positive images and stories about public buses.
After more than two months of operation, electronic ticketing has shown positive results, with a notable increase in passenger numbers and revenue compared to the same period last year. The service has earned public trust and received high praise.
To fund its transition to electric and eco-friendly energy vehicles, Transerco signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bank of Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). Under this agreement, BIDV will collaborate with Transerco to support the transition.
Earlier initiatives include the establishment of a Smart Operation Center, a Call Centre, and a hotline to provide real-time information and customer support, as well as receive feedback.
The "timbus.vn" mobile app, available in both Vietnamese and English on Android and iOS, offers real-time information on bus routes, stops, and frequencies. Passengers can also use the app to book monthly bus passes.
In addition, Transerco supports cashless payments via VNPay QR codes on select routes and uses various software systems to manage different operational stages./.
