Nearly 1,900 people complete centralized isolation by March 10

The Ha Noi Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control convened a meeting on March 9 in Ha Noi.
A representative from the Ha Noi Capital City Special High Command of the People’s Army of Viet Nam reported that the unit will bring 1,893 people back home after their time of centralized isolation expires.
In addition, 28 Koreans will be allowed to come back home.
The Special High Command reported that the unit served for 3,697 people including 405 Hanoians at centralized isolation areas.
The medical sector collected 2,240 test samples. All cases were negative for SARS-CoV-2.
Deputy Director of Ha Noi Health Department Hoang Duc Hanh was quoted as saying that as of 3:00 PM of March 9, Ha Noi confirmed four positive cases of COVID-19 with no dealth.
Ha Noi yet missed “golden 72 hours” to review, confirm, and isolate suspected cases when the first positive COVID-19 patient was founded.
Chairman of the Ha Noi municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung reported that within 48 hours, the competent agencies verified over 700 relevant people including all passengers and the crew of VN 0054 flight, contacted with people having close contact with the 17th patient./.
