Over 40 FDI projects get business licenses in February

VGP – The local authorities granted 43 FDI licenses with a total registered capital of US$ 22.7 billion in February, the Ha Noi Department of Planning and Investment has reported.

Up to 41 wholly foreign invested projects and two joint-venture projects were licensed. In addition, ten projects got additional capital of US$ 5.3 billion. Foreign investors spent US$ 35.7 million buying shares of Vietnamese projects.
As of February 19, total value of newly-registered and expanded FDI projects hit US$ 205.3 million including 111 newly-registered projects (worth US$ 52.9 million) and 17 expanded projects (worth US$ 76.7 million). Foreign investors bought US$ 75.7 million worth of shares./.
