Secretary of Ha Noi Party Committee presents gifts to policy beneficiaries

The event took place on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Ha Noi's Liberation Day (October 10, 1954-2024).
The Secretary visited and presented gifts to veteran Nguyen Van Lan (Dong Ngac ward) and veteran Nguyen Dinh Bich (Xuan Tao ward), who participated in the takeover of the capital city 70 years ago.
On behalf of the city's leaders, Secretary Bui Thi Minh Hoai deeply thanked veterans Nguyen Van Lan and Nguyen Dinh Bich for their contributions and sacrifices for the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
She affirmed that the Party Committee, administration and the people of Ha Noi always remember, are grateful and will continue to care for families with meritorious services; this is the morality and tradition of "when drinking water, remember its source" of the nation.
On the same day, Secretary Bui Thi Minh Hoai visited and presented gifts to express gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Hao in Co Nhue 1 Ward.
Earlier, the Ha Noi People's Committee allocated 2,891 gift packages totaling VND6.12 billion (US$245,069) to local policy beneficiaries, a move marking the 79th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - 2024) and honoring those who have contributed to the country's revolutionary cause./.
