Thang Long–Ha Noi Festival 2026 opens
VGP - The second Thang Long–Ha Noi Festival 2026, themed “Heritage Flow” was organized at UNESCO World Heritage Site-Thang Long Imperial Citadel on September 11.

Dignitaries at the event include Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Nguyen Quang Duc; and Chairman of Ha Noi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang; among other officials.
The event will take place from September 11 to 20 across several of the capital's prominent cultural and heritage sites, including the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, the Temple of Literature, the Ha Noi Museum Creative Hub, Bat Trang Pottery Village, and the historical, scenic and cultural spaces around Hoan Kiem Lake. The festival will feature more than 20 distinctive cultural, artistic and tourism activities.
The festival will bring together more than 3,000 artists and performers, including more than 100 artisans and heritage-practicing community members from localities across the capital.
They will directly participate in performances and traditional heritage practices, while contributing to the preservation and transmission of cultural heritage within their communities./.
