Traditional Craft Village Tourism Festival 2014 opens

VGP - On the occasion of Ha Noi’s Liberation Day (October 10), Traditional Tourism, the Ha Noi Traditional Craft Village Tourism Festival 2014 held in Ha Noi on October 9 .

Deputy Director of Ha Noi’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Mr. Mai Tien Dung said the festival is an opportunity for craft villages across Viet Nam to introduce their products to Hanoians, and to both domestic and foreign visitors.

This is also a great venue for tourism businesses to promote their products and share experience with their peer, he added.

The festival offers about 400 stands of 194 units, 42 craft villages, 22 localities and 14 cuisine enterprises.

The four day festival also features tourism products and folk games

In addition, the festival includes extra activities to honor outstanding artists and craft villages, and performances of traditional music, martial arts and folk games.
