First vote of confidence launched

VGP – At the 11th Meeting of Ha Noi Party Committee, held on January 8, a pilot vote of confidence for the capital’s senior leaders and personnel was held.
The vote of confidence is an important tool to measure officials’ duty performance exactly and objectively, stressed Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee Pham Quang Nghi.
It also concretizes the Party’s request to promote democracy and the supervisory role of collectives and individuals.
The motion was conducted on the Secretary and Deputy Secretaries of Hanoi Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairmen of Ha Noi’s People’s Committees.
After that, the Party Committee will conduct votes of confidence to Director and Vice Director of departments in the capital.
The one-day-meeting focused on summing up the work of building the Party in 2012, key missions in 2013 and the city’s supervision and inspection plan in 2013.
