VGP - The Ha Noi muncipal People’s Committee started construction of Kim Dong - Giai Phong intersection in Hoang Mai District on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of Ha Noi’s Liberation Day on October 6.

The underground passageway project, with a total investment of nearly VND800 billion (US$32.6 million), is a crucial project to ease traffic congestion at one of the busiest intersections in Ha Noi.
The project also contributes to creating a beautiful urban landscape.
Chairman of the Ha Noi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh emphasized that this is a vital traffic project in developing the city's infrastructure system and a task for Ha Noi in the 2021-2-25 period.
The construction project will last until 2025.
