Ha Noi is determined to withdraw delayed projects
VGP - In eight months of 2022, Ha Noi withdrew 25 projects that were slow in implementation, with about 500 ha.

On the afternoon of November 16, the Chairman of the Ha Noi People's Committee, Tran Sy Thanh and members of the City's National Assembly delegation, constituency 10, met voters in Me Linh and Soc Son districts after the fourth session, the 15th National Assembly.
At the conference, voters of the two districts listened to representatives of the City's National Assembly delegation report on the results of the session and a summary of the competent authorities' responses to the petitions of the voters of the two districts of Me Linh and Soc Son at the previous meeting.
Agreeing and highly appreciating the contents of the fourth session, the 15th National Assembly, voters of Me Linh and Soc Son districts continued to raise seven opinions with eight contents to the Ha Noi National Assembly Delegation.
The comments included the final handling of slow-moving projects in the area; resettlement land fund related to site clearance; policies for support and compensation for site clearance of Ring Road 4, and some service land allocation contents, to name but a few.
At the conference, representatives of the city's departments, agencies and two districts discussed several related recommendations under their jurisdiction, in which representatives of the Departments affirmed that they would immediately inspect and review the urgent issues mentioned by voters.
The Ha Noi People's Committee Chairman emphasized that the city always pays attention to and prioritizes focusing resources for infrastructure development under challenging localities and is determined to withdraw ineffective and delayed projects.
Regarding traffic infrastructure planning, the Chairman of the City People's Committee asked departments and branches to review the projects in the investment list to urgently implement it in this term and soon make an investment portfolio for the next period.
In the immediate future, Mr Tran Sy Thanh suggested that leaders of the two districts focused on completing the socio-economic development plans and goals in 2022./.
