Ha Noi Tourism Ao Dai Festival to take place in early December
VGP - Ha Noi Tourism Ao Dai (traditional Vietnamese long dress) Festival 2022 is scheduled to take place at Hoan Kiem Lake walking zone from December 2-4, according to the Ha Noi People's Committee.

The event is expected to contribute to the tourism recovery and development in the capital city, after more than two years affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as honouring the values of the traditional Ao Dai of the Vietnamese people.
In addition to an Ao Dai exhibition in the space of the Ly Thai To monument, the main venue of the Festival will be set at Ba Kieu Temple area, along Dinh Tien Hoang Street to the intersection between Dinh Tien Hoang, Hang Khay, Trang Tien, Hang Bai streets.
The Festival's opening ceremony is set to occur at 20:00 at Ba Kieu Temple on December 2.
The Festival will feature the tradition and history of Ao Dai in the three localities of Ha Noi, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City.
Besides, it will honour Vietnamese Ao Dai as an endless resource in tourism, a product combining traditional heritage, indigenous culture and modern creativity, as a symbol of Vietnamese women's beauty and soul.
The Festival will be an excellent opportunity to promote Ao Dai in 3 regions North - Central – South, paving the way for cooperation between Ha Noi's tourism businesses and Ao Dai fashion designers, artisans and artists./.
