IThe Department of Natural Resources and Environment was tasked to strengthen supervision over land valuation and determine land prices, which will serve as a key factor in calculating land use fees and land rental fees. Supervision should not undermine the ability of development projects to meet their deadlines.

The city committee also urges departments and agencies to speed up land valuation in Ha Noi. Chairmen of district People's Committees will be assigned to oversee land valuation as authorized by the Ha Noi People's Committee.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment and local people's committee chairmen are also asked to tighten discipline in their work and ensure that all tasks are done properly to save time for individuals, enterprises, and organizations.
The inspection team is tasked with scrutinizing the administrative procedures related to grating title deeds in the city.
