VN, Laos to promote cooperation in information field

VGP - Director of the Vientiane Culture and Information Department Van khon Keonakhon expressed her hope that Ha Noi and Vientiane will further strengthen collaboration and exchange of experience in terms of state management of information, culture and tourism.

At the working session with Deputy Head of the Ha Noi Party Committee’s Department of Popularization and Education, Phan Dang Long on July 29, Ms. Van khon Keonakhon said that Vientiane expressed wishes to receive valuable assistance in terms of professional skill, training, organizational structure from Ha Noi in building Vientiane Television and Publisher.

She also expressed her hope that Ha Noi will share experiences to support Vientiane in the field of information, television.

In reply, Mr. Phan Dang Long confirmed that developing the mutual cooperation and assistance is the important mission of the two countries in general and the two capitals in particular and the proposals ofVientiane Culture and Information Department will be collected and reported to Ha Noi leaders.

Earlier, the delegation of Vientiane Culture and Information Department also worked with Ha Noi Publishing House, Ha Noi Television and Radio, Hanoimoi Newspaper and Department of culture, sport and tourism.- HNP
